160 East 22nd Street is a 21- floor building and holds a total of 81 units. The project is fairly subdued in its facade, and melds modern and traditional elements into a visually coherent final product. Combining irregularly
patterned windows with classic Indiana limestone works in the building’s favor, and harkens to the BKSKdesigned 25 Bond Street, which is visually similar – though far shorter.
